Terms of service.

You need to be 18 or older. FreightFit is built for professional drivers and adults training on the road.

You are responsible for keeping your login and email accurate. If you share your account, you're responsible for what happens on it.

FreightFit is a fitness, nutrition, and DOT prep tool. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a health issue, talk to your doctor. If you fail a DOT physical, that is between you and your medical examiner, not us.

FreightFit is $14.99 per month or $99 per year after a 7 day free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancel any time in Settings under Subscription.

Trials are free. After your first paid charge, we do not issue refunds for partial months or years — your subscription stays active through the billing period you already paid for. Full policy at /refund.

Photos, logs, intake answers, and workout history you save in FreightFit belong to you. You grant us permission to store and process them so the app can work. We don't sell your data.

Training carries risk. If you get hurt working out, that is not on us. You use FreightFit at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FreightFit's total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. If changes are meaningful, we'll email you or show a notice in the app. Continued use means you accept the update.
