Refund policy.

Every new account gets 7 days free. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time in Settings under Subscription before the trial ends and you'll never be billed.

Once your trial ends and your first payment goes through, we don't issue refunds for the current billing period. Your subscription stays active until the end of what you paid for, and no future charges are made after you cancel.

The $99 yearly plan is not prorated. If you cancel mid year, you keep access until your year ends, but no partial refund is issued.

If you were charged by mistake, if the app was down for you when you tried to cancel, or if you were double billed, email fosterphysiquellc@gmail.com and we'll make it right, usually within one business day.

Open Settings inside the app, tap Subscription, tap Cancel. Or email us and we'll cancel it for you.
