Privacy policy.

Account basics: email, name if you give it, password (hashed, we never see it).

App data: intake answers, workouts you log, meals you scan, water and streak counts, blood pressure and CPAP logs if you use those tools, medical card photos, per diem entries.

Device basics: browser type, rough location if you enable "Stops nearby", crash reports so we can fix bugs.

Payment info: handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Run the app for you. Coach the plan. Show you nearby stops when you ask. Send you password resets and important account emails. That's it.

We don't sell your data. We don't ship your DOT records to insurers, carriers, or advertisers. Coach Mac does not read your personal logs.

Only vendors that make the app work: Stripe for billing, Supabase for database and auth, Google Maps for stop search, Resend for email. Each is bound to keep your info confidential.

As long as your account is active. Delete your account in Settings and we remove your logs within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (like billing history).

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. California, EU, and UK residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR — just ask.

FreightFit is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
